Dr. Mary Kay Randolph, MD

Dr. Randolph was very patient with my extremely anxious son. She let him ask questions, politely answered all his questions as though he were an adult in child friendly manner. She explained everything to him and made him feel more comfortable. She was great with him and made me feel more at ease.

After getting a "negative" xray for a broken ring finger on May 7th, I sought out another opinion on May 19th. My finger was still drooping and painful. I had the luck to meet Dr. Randolph. She took another xray, and though it too came out negative, she said the problems sometimes with radiologists, especially after hours, was that they CANNOT see the finger. She is looking at it and no, it is NOT normal. Though it went untreated for two weeks, I followed her advice and kept a splint on it for six weeks. Much better now, slight droop, but full use. She's a great doctor who took the time to look beyond an xray.

This Dr. misdiagnosed a child's fungal ear infection as a "cotton ball or something stuck in her ear".Four doctor visits and 3 months later we are still under treatment to recify the problem.I do not recommend this Doctor!
