Her staff have been so consistently terrible I finally had to switch doctors. It’s a real shame because Mary is an amazing doctor. But unfortunately her staff do not reflect this. She used to have some amazing people working for her but not anymore. Wait times have become extremely long, repeated last minute cancellations are common and staff are unbelievably rude, incompetent and careless. I reluctantly switched doctors a few months ago after her ‘nurse’ refused to keep my 3rd in a row cancelled appointment and also refused to provide me with a referral to see a different doctor. Instead she attempted to diagnose me over the phone (her diagnosis was wrong btw, big surprise) then literally accused me of lying about the severity of my condition, once I dared question her ability to diagnosis me via telephone. Fortunately I am very happy with my new doctor and am finally being treated with dignity and receiving the proper care and diagnosis.

staff is rude and horrible.in additional be advised that she charges you 5.00 if you use a credit card..only shoddy business do this..yes it is legal but shoddy.. she also let my mother stew for 3 months wondering if she had eye cancer when in fact she didnt review her past records on the same issue.

I was very pleased with the visit. I have an anomaly on the retina of my eye that an optometrist found. Dr. Reams performed several tests and spent a good deal of time explaining what she had found and what she felt needed to be done. I am seeing her again for a follow up appointment and am confident that she will do everything possible to find and treat any problems with my eyes.

Dr.Reams loves and provides top of line care. My experience with her was 100% positive. Dr.Reams takes her time and genuinely cares for everyone involved in your care- including family.
