Mary Rafaella Rifino, MD

My fabulous PCP retired, so I was in search of a new one. After doing some research, I decided to give Dr. Mary Rifino a try. When I got there, I couldn't even find the office. I was greeted with front office staff who were not warm and not that welcoming. I was brought back to a room and then asked to provide a urine sample. The bathroom...what a disgrace! It was completely messy and not sanitary at all! Toilet paper was all over the floor and the sink was dirty, too! The nurse, Christina, I believe her name was did not look at me in the eyes NOT ONE TIME. When Dr. Rifino came in, she seemed a little cold and I did not good vibes at all from her. When I was talking to her, that nurse Christina knocked, and then started asking questions about another patient in front of me. How unprofessional! I was advised to get blood work and I did a few days later. I assume she is okay with the results because I NEVER heard back from her. The entire experience made me feel completely… uncomfortable. I will NOT be going back! If you are looking for a new PCP and you come across this one, keep scrolling.

I have been with Dr. Rifino for 30+ years. She is thorough, knowledgeable, and sincere. She is my advocate and teacher and I enjoy talking to her. She is very approachable and kind.

I found Dr. Rifino to be a bit on the inappropriate side. I have never felt so uncomfortable with a doctor in my life, but after seeing her, I won't go back.

I love Dr. rifino She has been my doctor for over 2 years. Very friendly warm and compassionate. She is a great doctor I would strongly recommend her to anyone. The office is clean and the staff is noce.

Dr. Mary Rifino is awesome. And her back-office staff is generally nice and they seem knowledgeable about their job. The front desk/reception area staff is rude at best over the phone and grumpy in person. I am sure they all work hard and do their jobs well enough. But you never feel welcome - whenever you sign in it is as if you are bothering them. If Dr. Rifino was not such an amazing doctor, I wouldn't put up with it.

I have been seeing Dr. Rifino for the past two years. I love her she is always nice, friendly and concerned. Her front desk staff are not very friendly they greet you with an attitude. He assistants are great always friendly and smiling. Her one assistant Brandy draws blood really well because I am a hard stick. I would recommend her to my family and friends.

Dr. Rifino has always been very thourough with me and never hesitates to send you to a specialist. She spends time with me at every visit and answers my questions. Make appointment early in the day as there always is a wait time.
