Dr Ruppert did not want to help me when I needed it most. She refuses to listen to my needs and basically told me there is nothing I can do to help you. She offered no alternatives to my needs.

Dr. Ruppert is very caring and listens deeply before loosely prescribing meds. I feel like she listens deeply and recommends practical ways to improve health for the long run. I have been with her for over 10 years, and I feel like she truly cares like a mother would for her own children.

My experience was negative. We had an early am appointment and she was still 15-20 min behind schedule. In fact, another patient was called in during my appointment time. I was rushed, my concerns dismissed. She is not a good listener, which is one of the most important qualities of a good doctor. Bad experience.
