Dr. Mary Ruth Sears, MD

A wonderful physician -- the best

If you can get an appointment with Dr. Sears, do not hesitate. She's one of those people who's doing exactly what she was meant to do in life (at least until she can retire). The first time I spoke to her, she was on call in the evening when my doctor was not available. I was flat on my back with a screaming migraine headache, and the first words out of her mouth were "Sally, this is Dr. Mary Sears, and the first thing I want to say is how sorry I am about your headache." I knew right then she was the one for me. And she's been working with me on the darn things (and a lot more) ever since!

I had been with Dr Sears office for 34 years and this year 2014 I was forced by my insurance company to change doctors and believe me I did not want to leave. DR Sears was wonderful and she truly cares about her patients and the entire staff from the front desk to all the nurses and doctors are helpful and friendly and knowledgeable. My new doctor now in 2014 I am having to change again because of his abusive behavior and I am having to change again which is my choice. OH how I miss DR Sears and I wish I could go back to her.

I just had a physical with Dr Sears,and found her so helpful I felt I should write a recommendation about her. I have been seeing Dr Sears as my "Primary Care Doctor" for over 20 years. She has done a great job of helping me manage my overall health, and correct various issues that have arisen over that period of time. She can quickly diagnose problems, and thoughtfully recommends life-style changes and preventative behaviors. She does not just simply write prescriptions or refer to specialists to solve problems, though will do so when necessary. It is evident that she cares very much about her patients, and spends time with us asking questions so she understands the nature of our health isues and the context in which they need to be managed.She has helped me resolve a variety of life cycle health management matters including the early detection and treatment of breast cancer, ongoing allergy and asthma management, weight and cholesterol management, and other sports related… injuries as well. I highly recommend her to you, you will not find a better Doctor.

The office was easy enough to find. Their staff is very friendly and professional. The doctor barely gave me any information, she looks tire and frustrated. The Doctor attitude toward me was unfriendly and rude.

Excellent. Listens. Good Diagnoses. Referrals to specialists have all been very good.Cares about her pateients (compassionate)
