Dr. Mary Ann Willard, MD

Dr Mary willard is an excellent doctor! She has helped me when other doctors turned their backs on me. She is up front with you and pulls no punches, and to me that's great!!! I think Dr Willard is wonderful!!!

Great doctor if you are looking for someone to parrot things you've already heard. Horrible doctor if you are looking for someone to listen and actually help you figure things out. She is very dismissive, and can be condescending. Her bedside manner goes beyond the straightforwardness of older doctors into feeling almost like an attack. Her examination process is not at all thorough and she is incapable of dealing with patients that present multiple problems at once. I would only recommend this doctor if you are in generally good health already and maybe get one cold a year.

I went to Dr. Willard looking for a new PCP. She was demeaning and treated me like I was unintelligent. She did not answer my questions and, in fact, actively avoided them. Communication skills are subpar and she gets defensive when asked for clarification

It was my first time seeing her today. I felt she was mean, questioning how I felt, I felt as though I was a burden. I am going to request not to see her again. She made me feel stupid.

I have been seeing Dr. Willard for years and all of a sudden I go to make an appointment and she is gone. Does anyone know if she is practicing anywhere else?

I saw this doctor about a month ago. I waited almost an hour to see her and when I finally got in she brushed over my complaint and told me to make a follow up appointment in two weeks if it doesn't resolve. I won't be going back!

My primary doctor for over 20 years. Never had her care questioned by any other doctor although I have many cronic conditions and see many specialists.

One of the worst physicians I have ever been to. She didn't take the time to answer my questions and didn't hear me out when I was explaining my problem. I would MUCH rather see one of the residents that she "trains" then her. I have since switched practices.

Brusque, a bit patronizing. Not such a good role model for residents.
