Dr. Mary Beth Wittman, MD

Dr. Wittman has been my doctor for over 16 years! Seen her for all 3 of my pregnancies, even after I moved to Renton I chose to see her. She is kind & caring. I’m super sad she’s no longer practicing.

Love Dr Whitman & very sadden that she has left & need to find her again. She an awesome Dr .

Extremely callous and dismissive treatment when my wife miscarried.

DR. Wittman is the BEST! I've been going to her for years. She was the only one able to diagnose my endometriosis and then treat it. Because of her care I was able to have my 3rd daughter 6 years after her treatment. Due to other girl troubles we decided together that it was time for a hysterectomy (I'm in my mid 40's now) and she did an amazing job at my surgery and I've never felt better. She is also an amazing person. I look forward to my visits just to catch up with her! I send my family and friends to her.

My wife and I visited Dr. Wittman for our first pregnancy. We found the office staff extremely helpful and warm. My wife was somewhat frustrated by Wittman's bedside manner until our final interaction with her specified below. This review is for Dr. Wittman specifically. Dr. Wittman unfortunately delivered some very normal news to us about our first pregnancy in a most insensitive and frightening manner. We thankfully - via other doctors over the next two days - found out that there was absolutely nothing wrong and no need to worry at all. The issue Wittman identified is not unusual, and given the frequency with which it occurs, she should have been far better prepared to converse with us about it. Instead, little context or information was offered, even when asked, and I was discouraged from googling the matter on my phone when she was unable to expand on it. Beyond this she did not seem to acknowlegde the obvious emotional duress my wife and I were experiencing, and very matter of… factly and coldly continued with her discussion.My wife and I experienced 24 hours of horrible emotional stress only to find out that what Wittman told us was a complete and total non-issue. Had she couched her discussion in a more realistic and humane manner, we would not have even reacted. We changed OBs and will not recommend her to others.

I was diagnosed with breast cancer by another doctor. When Dr. Wittman received the report, she immediately called me and followed up with my treatments and procedures along the way. Even though she was not the primary on my case, she made me feel like a person, not a case.

I had two children with Dr. Wittman. She is straight forward and gives you the facts. Her nurses are very caring and supportive in their bedside manner.

Had a great birthing experience, was a c-section. Minimal recovery and my scar is very clean. The appointments are thorough and she is very caring.
