Dr. Mary Margaret Yenchick, MD

I recommended my friend to Dr. Yenchick because my experiences with her have always been great. My friend had a lot of questions and concerns so I told her that Dr. Yenchick was the woman for her. Additionally my friend does not have health insurance and I told her not to worry because Dr. Yenchick would help her out as best as she could and she doesn't shun people away if they don't have insurance. She cares more about the people than the money. And really makes you feel completely comfortable no matter what situation you are in. To my surprise, my friend had an awful experience there. She felt completely rushed especially when she was telling her about the problems she had. She also said the the pap smear was rushed and it actually made her completely uncomfortable. If that isn't bad enough, she told me she felt like they looked down on her for not having medical insurance (which isn't her fault) and the wait staff was completely rude, but favored other patients that she was waiting… with. I never write reviews, but I was completely disappointed. It is really making me rethink if Dr. Yenchick is the right gynecologist for me.

After waiting for almost an hour, Dr. Yenchick rushed into the room, told me that my severe pain was due to my age (49) and that I should expect that to happen. Then she went on to tell me about the person in the next room and what she was there for. She dismissed my pain. Consequently, when I could no longer tolerate the pain, I went to another GYN, only to be told after more indepth tests, that it could either be ovarian cancer or endometriosis. After going into surgery (a total hysterectomy) and not knowing which it was, I found that, thankfully, it was a severe case of endometriosis. Fortunately I am still here and my pain is gone. I would never recommend Dr. Yenchick.

Kind, caring, compassionate and exceptionally bright. This doctor is a gift to her patients. I moved out of the area and I really miss her. You have to wait sometimes to see her but I guess that comes from the fact that she can't turn you down if you need to see her.She'll go out of her way for her patients and I can only wish more doctors will be at least somewhat like her.

Dr. Mary Yenchick is a kind, compassionate, and caring doctor. All of her patients love her and greatly appreciate her oath to dedicated medicine. Thank You Doctor Mary!

Dr is a very compasionate, caring Doctor that cares for each person. Thank You Dr. MAry. There really should be more doctores like you.
