Dr. Maryam Rahnemun

When you come to see a doctor Maryam Rahnemun Make sure you don't have nothing to do all day because appointment doesn't meaning anything here . When you call for the appointment usually they give you next month appointment .The system here work exactly like iran .unprofessional .Your time doesn't matter to them at all . After I complain I received a letter from their office (( you are being formally released from our medical supervision ))))

She is not right doctor, she doesn't listen to patients and just talk about some things not relevant.

Dr. Rahnemun always just seems to always want to get me out of the door even though I wait on her for over an hour all 3 times I was there. She stares expressionlessly at her computer screen while I am trying to describe my symptoms and health to her. She also spoke poorly of other patients to me, which was so unprofessional. She scratches by with her English speaking abilities, and same with her staff. Make sure you can wait 2 months to get an appointment, because that's been my experience. I switched health networks to avoid having to see her again.

So bad and messed up the staff is just as bad as she is, she is very rude and. they never return any calls wait is always so long they book 2 people at the same time. you can never get an answer to you question. I went their one time I am still waiting for some one to call me for follow up appointment after 2 months and 20 calls which I made so so bad that I think they should take her license away from her.

I think this doctor is great. I know the wait times tend to be long but I think it is because she spends as much time with you as she feels is needed and does not make you feel rushed into an in and out 15 minute time slot. I have had to wait 30 minutes to see her but when I am in the room I do not feel rushed and know she cares about my health and well being. I would recommend her in a minute to anyone that needs a caring doctor.

I didn't seem to have any problems with her at first for well child checkups, although the wait was always long, but when my son needed her the most, we were severely let down. My son and I both came for a 10'oclock appt, him for shots/well visit and me for titers and TB test for school. We left at 2o'clock. Just so happened my son got sick that morning. He showed up with a 102 fever and she immediately told me it was an ear infection, never looked in the ears. I told her he complained an hour ago about peeing and maybe it was a UTI. She disagreed. He got worse that day and we ended up in the ER and diagnosed with a kidney infection, ears were fine. This was the start of madness. She refered him for further testing and I didnt get the abnormal results until 2 months later. From there we had to be referred to a urologist and it took 4 weeks of calling every single day to make sure the request was sent. Had it not been for 1 competent staff member, it would have never been done.… She is the only one who knows what she is doing there. During the course of this time I had brought him back repeatedly for UTIs, and she would say he is fine despite burning when peeing. Each time we would end up in the ER the same night or the following day with 105 fevers and diagnosed kidney infections.

I got an appointment and went to her office for the first time and they told me I didn't have any appointment. After that every time I went to their office I had to wait at least an hour to see the doctor. After that they take you in the room and make you wait another half an hour. Her staff is very unorganized. I always had to call and ask for my lab results and authorizations. She is very unprofessional, is never ready for you when she comes in to see you(her patient). I can go on and on...Please listen to these reviews and don't waste your health and time on her. The only reason she has patients is because her patients ar elderly persians that don't know how to speak english well so they can't read these reviews and they just want a farsi speaking doctor.The few times I have been to her office I have seen patients that were upset at something the doctor or the staff had done wrong.

Do Not go to her. She is the Most disorganize doctor I have ever seen. I had to wait 3 HOURS to see her and she did not take care of my problem at all. She is not good at communicating with patients and managing time. Her office is soooooooo messed up. If you go to her you just waste your time. Do not make the same mistake as I did. If you dont believe me, call her office right now, they put you in hold and never get back to you. Just try it.
