Dr. Giordano was exceptionally complete as a care giver in my patient care.

Even after asking several times if basic health check up is covered by insurance and getting a yes, I was charged by the doctor’s office for services I should not have been. Weeks and many phone calls later with Health Insurance I got an updated invoice – please note – corrected only by hand and not even printing a new invoice. Very unfriendly and rude.

Doesn't respect patient's time or input.

Seemed unable to diagnose my problem and instead suggested I consult a specialist. This in itself is not problematic but I would expect my PCP to offer to follow closely and offer her availability while I waited for the specialist's consultation. Seemed uninformed on the matter of prostate cancer dismissing any concerns re: prostate cancer as a "slow growing cancer" that you (I) shouldn't worry about in spite of a strong familial history. In fact I think she is not familiar with male ailments including prostate infections.
