Dr. Senna truly cares about patients. Great listener—but more importantly she is so well read & knowledgeable she cuts through the myths and delivers a treatment plan that makes sense & WORKS!

I had seen so many doctors and dermatologists to pinpoint a specific skin issue -she was thorough and such a good listener. Was able to solve the problem in one quick visit which took me 9 months to resolve, worth the wait to see her!

I have been seeing Dr. Senna for several years now for my lichen planopilaris. I have found her to be an interested, caring. personable and compassionate doctor. She takes the time to answer all of my questions, and she has been willing to fit me into her schedule if I have an urgent issue. I think she's great!

I saw Dr. Senna for a vulvar skin issue at her Boston office. It was supposed to be a consult (usually lasts at least half hour) but the resident spent maybe 10 minutes with me discussing why I came to see her. Then Dr. Senna came in and examined me for under 5 minutes. She just repeated exactly what the resident told me and said something along the lines of "I don't know what else to tell you". She didn't refer me anywhere (despite there being a vulvar clinic in the same building). I had to ask HER to run tests to rule a few things out. I felt like she could care less. That makes me question her competency as a physician. Do not recommend.
