I did not feel that the initial exam was pharaoh, I have two nodules, one of which is stable and the other has grown in only six months. I asked for, and the doctor agreed to a fine needle biopsy of only the nodule that was growing. However, when they called from the hospital, just prior to the biopsy to confirm which nodule it was, the doctor had them biopsy the stable nodule. I need to take additional time off from work now and go through additional expense to repeat the process with a new doctor.

I went to see Dr. Inouye for a thyroid nodule. After meeting him for the first time, I knew he was the only one I trusted enough to do my surgery. Three weeks later, my surgery was scheduled. Everyone in his office was professional efficient and detailed oriented. Vanessa walked me through exactly what to expect the day of the surgery. His nursing staff was passionate, kind and considerate. I felt extremely comfortable. Dr. Inouye came in to speak to me beforehand and reassured me as well as walked me through the procedure to come. He made me feel at ease. After coming out of recovery, the staff was there every step of the way and provided me very detailed information on after care. Surgery was an absolute success. Zero pain. No pain medicine needed. Post up visit with doctor was a breeze. Did not even realize he had removed the stitches. He was extremely patient with all of my questions. He has excellent bed side manner. I whole heartedly recommend Dr. Inouye.

I will never know how good Dr. Inouye is. Because I can't get pass the necessary steps to have my surgery done. The office staff was not helpful and were unprofessional. They were incompetent and could not make a simple appointment to get my MRI done, so that I may move forward and have my biopsy and surgery. They showed no compassion. Or respect for my money and time. I've called multiple times for someone to help me. And I did not get any help. I could only wonder what to expect next. You put your life in someone else hands. Only to come and realize that you may not get the right kind of care. This has made me very depressed.

My husband and I highly recommend Dr Inouye. My husband had squamous cell carcinomas of the neck cancer and he saved his life. Everyone we recommend Dr Inouye to are extremely satisfied with his procedures and diagnosis! His expertise and professionalism as an ear, nose and throat doctor is what we value the most.

He is the best ENT Doctor and Surgeon..Very Knowledgable with great bedside manner during all steps of my surgery...Highly Recommend him!!

I cannot speak highly enough about the quality of care I received from Dr. Inouye. In facing surgery he was extremely caring and explained everything thoroughly. He came highly recommended by many people, especially my endocrinologist. I went into surgery feeling I was in the best hands possible and came out feeling incredibly grateful for having had him at the helm. And I will add that my being a Medicare patient (the doctors receive a small portion of their fee) did not affect the quality of care in any aspect. This speaks volumes!
