Dr. Masood Hashmi

I've never had an appointment with a more inconsiderate, short, unhelpful (so called medical professional) in my life. If you have medical issues in what Dr. Hashmi specializes in, please stay away, there are better, more helpful, solution orientated individuals out there. He truly didn't care about what we were explaining anything about the migraine symptoms, he treated us like a transaction vs patient... There was so much more wrong with this Dr. it's was truly unbelievable. STAY AWAY!

Went to Dr. Hashmi s office in Florida several years ago. I found him to be very caring, highly knowledgeable and he found new manners through which to help me.

Maybe its just an off couple of months. Im about to run out of amitrip. I called for refill, one was refilled, but not the amitrip. Each time I call I leave a message, but I don't get a return call... so I'm wondering if i should try to taper the last 10 pills myself, or call a different doctor to taper off. I read that abruptly stopping this medication was not advised. But I can't get a call back to see if this will be ok in my case... which has actually caused some depression. I want to believe that this treatment is a fluke, because he has such great reviews, but I just don't know. Maybe there's a good reason? I'm at a loss and this event alone has caused its own set of problems. I guess that my only option is to choose another Dr., and start over. My messages for callback or answers go unreturned. Im hoping that this individual attention from this office is just an oversite.

Another physician I knew found Dr. Masood Hashmi for me about 13 years ago. If it weren't for him I would not be functioning as well as I do today, or possibly not at all. He treated me for Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy. He is the most caring and understanding physician I have ever had. He is the only one who ever treated my RSD appropriately.

I was a patient for 10 yr & he abandoned me. I am in serious health risk my husband will have to go in a home as well as my grandchildren that I have raised for 9 yes. I am unable to care myself or my family. All this has happened since he left me w/o any medical care.

Dr. Hashmi is a Godsend to RSD/CRPS patients. He is a wealth of knowledge and especially at the final phase of RSD/CRPS. (Not many physicians have.) I have found him to be very caring, very understanding of RSD/CRPS and created for me a fantastic treatment plan. He makes you completely at ease and no question is a "stupid" question. I recommend him highly after many, many physicians for my RSD treatment. I have had RSD/CRPS for 28yrs...so many physicians. His recommendations hold great weight to me and also what he feels not a good treatment. Thank God for Dr. Hashmi!

dr hashmi always has time and never makes you feel rushed..he is compassionate..willing to listen..i drive to okeechobee to see him ..i trust his judgement..
