Dr. Masoom M Kandahari, MD

It is unfortunate that I have to write a poor review about a human being that has chosen a profession that allows them to make life and death decisions concerning the healthcare of others. However, I thought it very important to express my opinion about the behavior and conduct of "Dr" Kandahari. Without going into personal details this Dr's conduct towards my father (whom was diagnosed with cancer a year ago) was so heartbreaking and appalling that, my dad had to immediately, find another physician. I would just advise everyone to please do as much research on any doctor prior to your visit.

I can't speak for others but my experience with Dr. K has been good. he has patiently answered all of my questions. I have never had a problem with the staff or Nurses. they too have been helpful and supportive.

A good caring and helpful doctor who knows his professional well.

Dr. Kandahari will not consider questions, if he knows nothing about the topic, he will not research it. He leaves the door open when meeting with patients. He makes insensitive comments to patients, i.e. commenting to a patient on chemo that their hair is "REALLY thinning out back there". The staff is more concerned about what they are having for lunch than about the welfare of their patients. With the exception of a couple, the nurses are not compassionate and can be cold. The office is poorly run too.
