Dr. Matthew Denno, MD

I was recently seen by Dr. Denno, his care is exceptional as is his staff. He takes the time to speak to you not at you.

I have been a patient of dr. Denno for over 15 years. He is a careful and concerned doctor who provides excellent care.

I have been a patient of Dr. Denno for approx. 12 years. Everyone is always very curtious at his office and willing to help. The nursing staff is fantastic, always returning my calls and answering my questions.

Does'nt know what he's doing... my husband will die due to his negligence

I consider my family and I fortunate to have a doctor like Matthew Denno in our community. I have followed him from New Paltz to Rosendale and back to New Paltz over the past 10 years. His office staff, his partners and his caring manner have never been anything less than excellent.

Rather than getting better, the terrible office staff is getting worse. You have to fight to get an appointment, a prescription refill, or a test result. It's like they really don't know what they're purpose it. The Dr. is nice once you get to him, but don't expect any follow-up if you need it.

After being under Dr. Denno's care for many years I am very sad to no longer be his client. However, almost all of his office staff are rude and cannot get their facts straight. Brenda is the only smart one out of the bunch.... After speaking to Heather on the phone, she neglected to ask me what insurence I carried and never told me that they were no longer located in Rosendale - but in New Paltz! It took 35 days to schedule an appointment (literally). After arriving in New Paltz (which I had to find out on my own - their automated message did not even inform me of this) I was greeted with "We have never accepted your insurence" followed by, "I should know, I've been here a while." No apology at all. I indicated that my ins. had been accepted at one point and Ashley sharply declared, "I can't deal with this" throwing her hands up, stating" I cannot deal with this or HER." Wow! I will NEVER go back to Dr. Denno because of his terrible office staff. Be advised - you may be… treated like trash by some of the office staff when you are not feeling well! His family practice was much better years ago....

not fair what has has been done to recent oxycodone patients. no proper procedure with speciment handeling and no new research done on false negative results. Doctor did a very rapid detox,, causing major suffering
