Went in as a new primary care patient, waited over 90 mins to be rushed out in under 15, he was rude and insincere. Advised against a regular STD test, refused to write me a prescription for back pain and said quote "I can write the prescription but I won't" because I sometimes use THC. Gave no advice about any medical conditions or mental health, rude and uncaring, not sure why he is in the medical field if he has no concern for the well being of others.

I had concerns regarding this office's policy to require appointments to be made every three months, and quoting: "if you do not see us every three months, we will not refill your prescriptions". Subsequently, I contacted both my health care insurance company and Medicare who each advised that this policy is not enforced by either. Let it also be known that i am a diabetic with an A1C of 5.7 (very low and in control) and get tested frequently at quest. There are no other outstanding issues which require such an aggressive policy. As a result, i terminated their service immediately. No, I would NOT recommend this office to anyone unless they are in need of such a comprehensive policy.

Dr Matthew Duke and his staff are very caring..This patient thanks you all very much..I could go on and on..

Called about a refill and suddenly my husband is getting the runaround. WTF? Do NOT go to see this doctor or this office. Never ever have we been treated this way by any doctor.
