Dr. Matthew Eugene Hart, DO

I waited over an hour and a half to be seen. Something was throw through a door by staff while I was there. The front desk women were reading gossip magazines and chatting but somehow I always get the recording when I call. After trying to reschedule ( because they are only open during the middle of the day and they had already wasted my lunch hour and then some ) I was told I had to wait another week. This office is a joke and a waste of time. There are about 3 parking spaces and lawn chairs on the waiting room. Do yourself a favor and don't make an appointment with Dr. Hart.

Dr Hart is wonderful, my husband is diabetic and he's very careful with his treatment. However, his staff never promptly returns calls, we wait WEEKS for results from tests. My husband recently got a call from the nurse 2 weeks after his test, saying he needed to see a specialist IMMEDIATELY. We still don't know what we are seeing a specialist for (all she knew was she had to schedule it). Jim (the nurse) has yet to call with what they think the problem is. If my husband leaves a message it could be several days before he gets a return call.

I really like Dr. Hart and Jim, his nurse, but his office staff could use a few lessons in medical professionalism--mostly with their use of the phone. They seem quite friendly in person.

I am a translator who brought a family of immigrants over for the Immigration Physical. The staff was wonderful, thoughtful and caring. The doctor was friendly, professional and thorough. I would recommend him over other civil surgeons in the area.

I went to Dr. Hart for a Immigration Civil Examination. He required me to get some vaccinations and a TB test. Two weeks later, I informed his office that I had done all the tests and ensured that all the results were faxed to his office. After several follow up calls (and not one call informing me of the progress) and having to pay Fedex to pick up the documents from his offie, 3 weeks after that I get a sealed envelope from his office with the I-693 (supposedly completed) and my copy of the I-693 which was missing some of the 6 pages but included prescription information on two of Dr. Hart's other patients. I send the sealed I-693 to USCIS and get a notice 4 weeks later that I need to resubmit my I-693. Because of this my entire immigration paperwork has been delayed by over 2 months. I have decided to pay for another Immigration Medical Exam from another doctor.
