My visit to Dr. Hepinstall was nothing short of AWFUL. He cracked jokes about my audibly OUTSIDE the exam room before he came in, I could hear him through the wall. I wish I had fled before I got the full dismissive, patronizing treatment. Every patient should be treated like a human being, not just the hip replacements. Smarmy.

I was in a state of denial about my hip disability, but when I lost the capacity to walk, sit or stand without excruciating pain, I decided to proceed with replacement. The procedure was a complete success. I walked on the day of the operation and was back in the gym in 3 weeks. As an older person (73), I didn't think it was possible to get back to full function in daily activities, but I was wrong! Dr. Hepinstall is an extraordinary surgeon. I have my life back!

I am thrilled with the outcome of my partial knee replacement. I was apprehensive and fearful about having surgery. Arrived to LHH. ER with displaced fracture of L femur late afternoon Met Dr Hepinatall then. Admitted and operated ( complete hip replacement) next day. Walled in hospital within 24 hrs and left hospital with home PT for recovery. Able to go back to partial activity within 3 weeks. Very good pain management post op. Tolerable to minimal pain for 2 weeks Discharge from hospital very well organized with all referrals arranged
