Extremely condescending doctor! Every time I see him he chalks up my problems to be in my head or something incredibly basic. He makes me feel like I'm paranoid or something. Even when I knock down his assumptions, it takes so much convincing to get him to help.

I met Dr. Matt Hsieh when coming with a friend. I was impressed by his caring; therefore, I asked him if he would accept me as a patient. I have not regretted this decision as I feel he is the best doctor I ever had.

Friends told me not to see Dr. Hseih but I saw him once on an urgent needs visit and found him to be pleasant but curt. When my regular doc was too busy with being on boards and what not to see me I gave him a shot.Long story short, he refused to share blood test results with me over the secure internet portal as the other doc always did. He wanted me to come into the office in order to get them, just so he could bill my insurance company is my assumption.I don't like greed or playing games when it comes to my health and I'm going to another practice.And the office staff is horrendous... nothing like being rude to people after they've been on hold or waiting at the check in desk for 10 minutes.

Highly recommended. He is caring and friendly, and always willing to spend the time needed to fully understand my sometimes complex health issues.

I have been a patient of Dr. Hsieh for nearly 10 years. I think his bedside manner is wonderful, he is insightful, patient, thoughtful and asks great questions. He has a psychology background, which has helped numerous times with probing some issues.
