Dr Matthew T. Johnson, MD

My experience with Dr. Johnson and his staff was excellent. I'm really confused by the negative reviews. I can't speak to what others have experienced and I'm sorry to hear they feel the way they do. My experience was the opposite. I've been in health care for 45 years and from the office appointment on Friday where my diagnosis was confirmed and the plan if things progressed well and the plan if thing didn't go well to my ER visit on Saturday where he met me, admitted me to the hospital and performed my surgery Sunday morning to my discharge home on Monday, everything was professional and flawlessly handled. I'm going to put my 45 years of healthcare behind my review and Dr. Johnson and his staff earned my 5 star review.

After a procedure where he filled my bladder with fluid, he and the nurse left. He came back by himself, did a faint quick knock and entered my room while I was naked. Then he stood there and spoke to me with the door open for several minutes while the fluid came out and made a mess on the floor. EXTREMELY unprofessional to say the least and very traumatizing.

In my opinion, this place should be called the "little shop of horrors " there is not a lot of compassion. If you ask too many questions they get argumentative. Was told if I got second opinion I could not come back. My recommendation would be run

He is incompetent and uncaring. Do yourself a favor and find another dr. His nurse was excellent, but he is a terrible surgeon and screw-up My father's death is directly a result of the care he received from this so called dr.

I have been seeing Dr. Johnson for four years now. I have a family history of prostate cancer. At every visit Dr. Johnson has read my file, explains things well, and continues to guide me through my prostate troubles - he performs the complicated prostate surgical tests superbly! I'm mighty glad he is "on my side."

Took over 4 weeks to get a test kit that should have been sent to me immediately. Had to call to request it be sent bc office staff does not follow the physician orders Then the computers were down, and no phone call was made to to reschedule me for my appointment. Extremely poor processes. Try printing out your patient schedules a day in advance with contact phone numbers so people are not wasting time, losing money taking time off work, and burning gas money too. Very inconsiderate of your patient customers, and gives you an attitude when you inquire. Never gives a name when they answer the phone. Rude and incompetent!
