Been going to see Dr. Kaatz all my life! He’s an excellent doctor! He takes his time with his patients (which causes a long wait time) but I don’t mind since he is willing to take the time to talk about everything with me.

An appointment at 4:00 should mean an appointment at 4:00. After 6:00 now and still waiting to be seen.

Please Dr. Kaatz, take time to find out the facts when reviewing medical history of a patient and actually discuss it with the patient instead of just taking things for granted of other doctors. I was referred to a surgeon that run various test and that never even physically examined me and put in a report that he thought i was just magnifying my issues. So i never returned to this doctor for help. I had these same test that this doctor ordered reviewed by two different specialist out of state and informed me that I needed surgery and knew were my pain was coming from, and explained to me that the doctor that ordered the test should have took time to view my test and discover my health issues and what could happen if I didn't use caution with my health at that time. So Please Dr Kattz don't act like someone is faking when they really need help and are in pain. If you seen this in my medical records you should have asked me about it and most of all reviewed that surgeons reviews… inwhich are 90% negative. You can really affect someones life taking things for granted. Its not that I feel your a bad doctor . But find out what kind of service the patient has had when they do have some preexisting issues when they come to see you,and help them figure out what needs to be done to improve there health instead of brushing them off your shoulder . I dont enjoy going to doctors to start with, and would not be at one unless I was looking for answers about my health. Thanks,

I WANT TO TAKE THE TIME TO SAY HOW GRATEFUL AND BLESSED I FEEL TO HAVE DR. KAATZ AS MY DOCTOR AND ALL HIS STAFF ARE EXCEPTIONAL!!!! FROM THE TIME I ENTER THE FRONT DOOR UNTIL I LEAVE I'M IN EXCELLENT HANDS!!!! HE HAS BEEN TRULY A "LIFE SAVER" TO ME WITH ALL THE HEALTH ISSUES I HAVE INCURRED BECAUSE OF LYMES DISEASE. HE IS ALWAYS THERE WHEN I NEED HIM AND HE TRULY IS A MAN OF COMPASSION. HE TAKES TIME FOR ME AND LISTENS-I HAVE NOT FOUND THIS IN OTHER DOCTORS. I AM NOT UPSET IF IT TAKES AWHILE TO BE SEEN---HE IS TAKING TIME FOR OTHERS LIKE HE TAKES FOR ME. I NOW HAVE OTHER FAMILY MEMBERS SEEING DR. KAATZ AND I KNOW THEY ARE SEEEING THE BEST!!!! I LOVE DR. KAATZ AND HIS STAFF AND I WOULDN'T CHANGE THEM FOR THE WORLD!!!!!

Dr. Kaatz is one of the most caring and compassionate Doctors I have ever met. When my Husband failed a physical for a job-I suggested he go to my family doctor to get his Diabetes under control. He worked with my Husband and got his Diabetes under control in a months time. He personally called him with his blood work results and told him to call him whenever he needed him. He has been a wonderful and support Doctor for me since having to deal with Degenerative Arthritis and other health issues. He has each one of his patients interest at heart.

My only complaint with this office is the wait time, however, since the entire town would rather come to his office and wait than go to any of the other doctors, I can deal with it. We have been patients for almost ten years and he has been an absolute blessing. We both trust his vast knowledge, enjoy his delightful manner and love the heart and care that he shares with each of his patients. He has been with us through very difficult times and has always demonstrated the the qualities one would hope to find in a true friend, not just our doctor. We greatly appreciate Dr. Kaatz and his entire wonderful staff. I pray he will always remain our doctor.
