Best diagnosis & treatment plan

I have been in the medical world, on both sides, as a patient, medical office manager, and family member of doctors from neurosurgeon, gynecologist, heart surgeon, ER, and specialed nurses and Dr. Kinzelman has shown me he is sorely lacking in his approach to medical care for his patients. It's been my personal experience he is so confined to his computer that he doesn't hear your information correctly and spends more time correcting his entry. More importantly, he forgets to complete the prescription so you have to drive back to his office on '98 for the correction. I could go on but enough is enough, sometimes too much.

I lost all faith in Dr. Kinzelman's staff. Incomplete filing, incorrect referrals, incompetent follow-up calls. While Dr. Kinzelman gives the impression he knows what he is doing, the rest of the team drop the ball. After 3 months of fumbles, delays, and errors - I move on.

This doctor very unprofessional. Waited 3 months to see a new gp. Want go back.

My husband went to this doctor with a rash. Doctor tried the shotgun approach hoping one of the remedies would hit a target. Patient was prescribed antifungal med and told to stop taking his Rx for diabetes. Glucose got worse, rash multiplied greatly, pain, complications, etc. followed. No investigation of possible shingles, lupus, or autoimmune condition. Returned and was told to go to a dermatologist but he and his staff refused to contact anyone for expedited appointment. No dermatologists were accepting new patients for 2-4 months. My husband wants to find a new gp now.

I have been to many doctors in the past several years and I rate Dr Kinzelman as the best overall. He correctly diagnosed a recent problem and had me admitted t the hospital for treatment. he personally followed up with me at home. He is very up to date and very smart and has an excellent attitude.I highly recommend him.

Dr. Kinzelman has been my doctor for two years. He used to see patients fairly soon, but the last three visits have required 30-60 minutes wait in waiting room and exam room. If his MA handles your file, you get better care than if a young rookie does it. You can hear Dr. K. talking about non-medical topics with other patients, and he has done the same with me, wasting time. He doesn't listen as well as he should, but he does have a pleasant personality. I was recently misdiagnosed by him and the three RX he wrote for me led to side effects that I had to see another doctor to cure.
