Dr. Krell was my pediatrician growing up and now is my 18 month old daughter’s. He very detail oriented which I appreciate, and explains things thoroughly. I always leave feeling relieved and happy with the appointment . Vermillion is lucky to have him and his staff.

We’ve had the most wonderful experience with Dr. Krell as our son’s pediatrician. He is extremely knowledgeable and always takes the time to answer all of our questions, which we have a lot of as first time parents! He provides helpful information at every visit and makes sure we feel confident and informed. He interacts so well with our baby, even when he’s fussy, remaining patient, kind, and engaging. His nurse, Tresa, is also fantastic! We’re so grateful to have such a great team caring for our little boy!

Dr. Krell has been the Doctor for all my kids. He has always been so dedicated to helping them all. Was always sincere about everything. Prompt on every appointment and his involvement in my children’s medical care has been superb I would not ever change that. Always friendly and welcoming and supportive of our family. Best doctor ever.

Dr. Krell is hands down the best pediatrician! At every appointment he listens to any concerns we may have and will explain things in a simplified manner so we understand. He’s always professional, on time, and friendly. Our child was released on a Friday from the hospital and Dr. Krell called us on that Saturday to check in. He always goes above and beyond with everything and I highly recommend!

Dr Krell took cate of all 5 of my babies throughout the years. I’ve been to a few different clinics and decided to stick with him because he’s dedicated to the treatment of his patients.

My baby had fevers over the weekend. His fever had already broke by the time of the appointment on Monday, but Dr. Krell was able to tell me what he had. Although it was just a regular childhood virus, it helped ease both mine and my husband's mind knowing it wasn't an infection or anything more serious. Dr. Krell always amazes me with his knowledge and his experience. Best pediatrician I know in Southeast South Dakota, hands down!
