Dangerous criminal Don't be fooled. Lane is a practicing satanist who was too cowrardly to be a writer and sold is should to satan. Cold as ice. creep. He belongs in jail. Failed to diagnose me and my family. BEWARE! He's a racist!

He didn't show as a doctor that he even cares for his patient's and when I needed help with a few problems he just made a simple claim and walked off. No compassion at all. He convinced me to find a new doctor.

I find Dr. Lane to be very dry and matter of fact. He doesn’t seem to be very interested in perusing diagnosis, just sort of listens and then moves on. He has told me that a groin injury I had from doing squats will have to be an injury I’ll have to live with! Same with a shoulder injury. That doesn’t seem right. He’s a nice guy but not warm and fuzzy. Some people like that kind of interaction, I don’t particularly. I do find the office to be professional and I rarely have to wait long for my appointment. Blood test results are usually told over the phone by a physician’s assistant and I’m fine with that. Mt. Sinai no longer takes my insurance for blood work so I now have to walk to Atlantic Ave. for someone to take blood, a minor inconvenience.

Excellent doctor. Always prompt, but there is something missing, either more time to listen or more empathy

After LICH closed, I needed to find a new physician. My children's pediatrician relocated to Mt. Sinai so I inquired about an internist here. Im glad I did. Dr. Lane is very professional, courteous and thorough. After receiving my blood labs, he mailed my results and explained in a letter that should call to provide my pharmacy info because I needed a Vitamin D prescription. Topnotch!

Was seen by Dr. Lane for 1st. time yesterday and I found him to be attentive, and caring. Only time will tell how good a Dr. ,but I will be going back to him in the future.He called me personally regarding a blood test that should be repeated to clarify/confirm a result. Most of the staff was pleasant and professional but blood takers had attitudes that were not very pleasant. The bone density and EKG technicians were friendly and professional.

I was a new patient at Dr Lane' office for a routine annual physical exam. I was not asked to fill out a medical history form. I was not asked to transfer records from previous physician. I was not told how to prepare for blood work,ie, fasting. The man at the desk who greeted me could not answer any of the above concerns.

I'm very surprised to read the prior review. My experience with Dr Lane has been excellent. My daughters are seen by the same practice, and when my internist passed away I looked within Mt. Sinai. I have been very impressed by Dr. Lane and indeed the entire Mt. Sinai team in Brooklyn Heights. Dr. Lane is thorough, professional and friendly - I feel he treats me the way he would expect to be treated by his own physician. And it's a huge plus that the whole family can be seen within the same practice.
