Dr. Matthew K J Lim, MD

My husband and I are Seniors. We don't want to be a bother, but may have a question or two during a visit because neither of us are trained in health care. Dr. Lim not only refused to engage us by responding to any questions, but actually threatened to "kick us out of his office if we did not hold all questions until he was ready." I was brought to tears on two occasions, not because of anything he had to say as a medical professional, but because of his lack of professionalism (and even the slightest bit of kindness) with anything he had to say. I don't use computers too much, and am not sure how anyone will learn of this testimony...but I am hopeful that the time I take here will help someone, someday to not have to go through the demoralizing abuse inflicted on myself and my husband.
