Dr. Matthew Bohl Mccreary, MD

I tried to talk to him about his drug recommendations and he walked out of the room. I won’t be returning. I was upset that a medical professional would behave in such a rude and dismissive way. I still feel really uncomfortable every time I think about the interaction that I had with Dr. McCreary. He was apparently so opposed to discussion about my medical options that he walked out of the room. I found him to be rude and dismissive. It goes without saying that I would not go back under any circumstances.

Present and attuned. Dr. McCreary has great bedside manner whilst being focused and realistic. I really appreciate his approach and feel taken care of under his care.

Dr. M has been my doctor and my husbands for quite some time now and he is a delight. We can't thank him enough. Knows what he is doing !!!!

Dr. Mcreary has been treating me for years and I would recommend him to my family and dearest friends. I find him to be knowledgeable, thorough, and kind. Any review that characterizes him as “rude” truly baffles me. It’s not in his character whatsoever. He’s friendly and funny and oriented toward patient care.

I’ve been going to Dr. Mccreary for the last two years, since moving to Ventura, and I have had nothing but great experiences with him and the office. Coming from the VA, I am used to the worst (or a complete lack of) treatment by physicians, and I have never felt more cared for than I do now. I’m thankful to have a doctor who genuinely cares about my well being and wants to see me happy and healthy. Dr. Mccreary is nice, friendly, compassionate, and always makes a point to ensure I have everything I need. I’m really appreciative of his practice. Thanks Dr. Mccreary!

I’ve had nothing but great experiences with Dr. McCreary over the 2-3 years Ive been a patient of his. I feel heard and I trust the care he’s giving me. He’s straightforward but kind and always takes time to answer my questions so that I don’t end up feeling like I forgot to ask something.

Overtly hostile at every turn without cause. Very angry man. The bug up his &#% must be huge!

Dr. McCreary is a unique blend of personable and professional. He is kind, efficient and diligent about answering all of my questions. It’s apparent that he truly cares about his patients and their families.

Great communicator and educator. He answered all my questions in a way that i could understand. actually gave me eye contact which I havent seen by other doctors over the past few years. Definitely felt that he cared. Helped me on my issues and was professional. A+

I had my first appointment with the doctor and I was happy that I found a good doctor. During my first visit I was trying that he will get my medical records from my previous physician but he never faxed them the request. I talk to my previous doctor and sent him my records and his assistant told me that he never received it. I asked them to get my records and it has been 2 months and I didn't hear from him. It's hard to talk to him and his assistant. Left many voice calls but not respond. I have no hope and planning to get a new doctor.
