Unfortunately I have to say that I didn't have a good experience because my appointment was @ 9:45 am and waiting 45 minutes in the patient room I got up and left because no one came to tell me that the doctor was behind or any delay. If we as a patient be late 15 mnts or more with would've been reschedule it. I wasn't feeling well and the nurse didn't took my virus or temperature. Today I shared this experience because no patient should go through that and hospitals needs to improve better in managing doctors appointment and care for every patient. So no I wouldn't go back to this doctor. Very bad experience.

I was given Dr. McDonnell because my Endocrinologist left the clinic. He came in in a rush, mumbled his name and looked at my previous ultrasound. He then proceeded to ONLY talk to his associate. He then got up and left. Thirty seven years practicing medicine acting like this? Very rude and unprofessional. He didn't have to sit and watch me cry but SAY SOMETHING about my condition. Am I going to live or die?

I would have to agree with other patients who found him to be far too hurried, I don't think he spent 10 minutes with me. I left feeling it was a waste of my time & would not go back, or recommend. Far too RUSHED.

As a healthcare provider myself, please DO NOT go to this doctor. He will belittle you, invalidate your symptoms, and literally do nothing for you. Seeing him left me in tears and forced me to circle back to my PCP who is now ordering all of the tests (including scans) I need to get properly diagnosed. His care is not ethical and beyond negligent...just read the rest of his reviews. I am shocked he is still working for the Clinic. He is condescending and in it for the money, not for the patients. Do yourself a favor and wait an extra week or two to see a doctor who will actually provide client-centered care.

I had an appointment with McDonnell and it was literally the most rushed appointment I've ever had. Barely listened to my concerns and even went as far as to point out that I am medicated for anxiety which could be part of my symptoms (as if I'm hysterical or something?) He told me my ears and sinuses were fine when my general doctor had already told me prior that I had significant sinus inflammation and fluid in my right ear. Made me feel embarrassed and like a burden. Left with NO direction, completely back to square one. Do NOT waste your time here.

Cleveland Clinic had me on hold for 25 minutes, I could wait no longer. I have tried several times to make appointment with no luck. This should be illegal, that such a Monopoly has taken a strangle hold over this region and destroyed health care delivery. Shame on the doctors, who participate in this willingly. I will look for an independent doctor, rare as the do-do bird.

I have tried 3 times to get an appointment and I get put on hold. I hung up after being on hold for 15 minutes on all 3 attempts. How is this okay?

I was very disappointed in Dr McDonnell. He was dismissive and did not listen to my concerns. I left feeling very discouraged. I do not recommend him.

Dr. McDonnell was friendly and cleaned out my left ear so I can hear again. I spent the day enjoying my restored hearing. I thank God for Dr. McDonnell. May he continue to help other patients such as myself and keep up the good work!

My visit was so quick I did not have time to discuss anything! When I began to tell him what I am dealing with he said"that's interesting" I did not get to tell him how sick i've been and he was not interested. He said I would be fine. All his poking and prodding set off a fire storm for me and now my throat is so sore my ears and head hurt. I can't get out of bed again and I have been going thru this for four months.this dr. I'd too busy to give a flying fig Newton about his customers! I say customers because "patient" would imply that he cares! He told me to come back if I had anymore problems. So I guess it takes two or more appointments now to get the time and results 1appointment use to take! Why would I come back for more disrespect and apathy? No thanks!
