I came to doctor newlin for chrons disease and had to got surgery on small intestine. I was scared out of my mind. Doctor newlin was there for me in comfort when he didn’t have to be but In a very professional way I add. He was honest with me about my procedure and risks associated with my procedure I needed, but reminded me that I’m in great hands and that meant the world to me. He brought his a team in and they slammed dunked the whole procedure. With his knowledge I would recommend him. Nothings guaranteed in life but this man will give you the best he got. I love doctor newlin not being my doctor but who he is as a person. Very polite and knows his way around a hospital. God bless anyone who needs a surgery. If your sick and need a surgeon please atleast check doctor newlin out .

I was completely satisfied and Dr. Newlin has performed surgery twice on me.

Doctor Newlin is an amazing surgeon. He cares about his patients and is always on their side. He goes out of his way to take the extra step to ensure his patients are well cared for.

If it wasn't for Dr Newlin I seriously would not be here now. He saved my life 3 yrs ago and I highly recommend him! He and his partner have since done a few of my surgeries. He is an excellent doctor! Thank you Dr. Newlin for giving me another chance at life!!!!

He was my surgeon when I was in a state where I had 3 emergency surguries and was near death. He came everyday and spent time examining the surgical site to make sure things were progressing. If he had made a mistake I wouldn't of made it through. I have recommended him to several people, including nurses who have had him for surgeries also and they speak highly of him.Thank you doctor!

Seems to be the "A+ #1" surgeon in Altoona, PA. Everywhere you go in the hospital, the medical staff always comments that "O, he's the best dr. around" one even went so far as to say he was the best surgeon in the WORLD.
