From the time I met Dr. Robertson I knew I had found the right doctor. I can not say enough good things about this highly respected surgeon.

When he rudely dismissed my concerns prior to robotic surgery, I should have RUN. But, I just kept thinking ‘he’s at Mayo, they’re the best!” After surgery, In recovery Dr Robertson ‘announced’ the robot had ‘malfunctioned’ & had (oops) sliced my ovary, Fallopian tube & colon. At 2 weeks post op, he blamed the robotic error on MY SMALL PELVIC??? When I cried hysterically, he scolded me & said I should be more thankful for my life, that he had just told a woman HALF my age she had stage 4 ovarian cancer. I do NOT recommend this doctor. I’m alive today because I found a new doctor.

Dr Robertson saved my life, he is the most experienced OBGYN-Oncology surgeon. He was always honest and straight forward which I love that about him, gave me all pros and cons and we reviewed all my results and treatment carefully before my surgery. His team is the best as well, they all came in before my surgery with Dr Robertson and introduced themselves and each one of them explained what their position will be and what would they be doing for me. I am so impressed with the care and treatment I have no words to describe how glad I am that I chose to go with Dr Robertson and his team after few different consultations. My complex surgery went very well, all the Doctors and staff was very compassionate carrying very clear with prognosis and treatment i am just speechless, shout out also to all my nurses who took care of me exceptionally well after my surgery, they were all more than kind, compassionate and showed how much they love their job. Amazing team, amazing care and facility,… the professionalism and knowledge is on another level. I would recommend Mayo and Dr Robertson to anyone I know. The care is just incredible. Thank you all for showing me love and compassion I felt more than comfortable from day one to the last stay at the hospital after my surgery. ??????

I came to him through a recommendation from another doctor and I am so glad I did. He was wonderful, kind and explained everything thoroughly. He gave me his personal number to call should I ever have questions or concerns. He knew I was moving very soon and helped get my surgery pushed through all the red tape so I could get it done before I moved. He is literally my life saver and I'll never forget his warm personality and his above and beyond care for me. Highly recommend him to anyone needing his expertise!

I was in very bad shape from stage IV cancer when first seeing Dr. Robertson. I appreciated his straightforward, frank approach, his down-to-earth attitude, not needing his ego stroked! He spent a lot of time asking questions to fully understand my past treatments without being judgmental, (outside of his training) what was needed going forward, and willingness to work closely with my oncologist 1-1/2 hr away. He also gave me his cell number to call if necessary which doctors never do! I returned prior to our agreed upon surgery/ testing dates (following courses of chemo) with another problem which developed requiring surgery to fix and he assured me it was not a problem for the time being and would be corrected during the "big" (my word) surgery. I feel very confident in his ability as a surgeon and look forward to moving closer to accomplishing the next step in achieving my health goals.

An excellent, intelligent, and compassionate doctor. He squeezed me in at his inconvenience. I appreciate how promptly he was able to help me.

Dr Robertson and his staff are excellent. I was diagnosed with Ovarian Cancer almost nine years ago. Dr. Robertson made me feel at ease with the whole situation. I knew I was in good hands. And he did not prove me wrong. When you are in his office you are treated the the only patient he has. He takes time to listen and answer any questions you may have. I would not hesitate to refer anyone that I know to him. His staff has always been the most courteous, friendly and professional staff I've ever encountered.

The best doctor I have ever had... I was diagnosed with cervical cancer 7 months ago. He is extremely involved in my day-to-day care, and is available when I need him. Thorough knowledge, great bedside manner. I could not possibly give him a better recommendation. Truly the best!

Thank Heaven for Dr Roberton as he is very trust worthy and is a very caring individual who will diagnois you correctly and he is not like other doctors who just want your medical card and find things wrong that are not accurate in any way when there is nothing actually wrong! But Dr Robertson was my lifesaver and since I am a very analytical patient who does lots of research and asks lots of questions and Dr Robertson answers them and helps me gain more knowledge and expertise.

Dr. Robertson saved my life! I appreciate his honesty and straightforwardness when discussing my situation. He treated me with respect and showed a very caring side that most physicians never do. I wasn't just another patient passing through the doors with my insurance card. He always spent as much time as I needed in my appointments to answer my questions. I can't imagine having any other doctor!
