Dr. Matthew Paul Spinn, MD

Dr. Spinn takes time with me to explain my condition, my treatment plan and answers questions with detail. I appreciate his office staff (especially Kellie). Have sent several friends to Dr. Spinn and all agree he’s special.

As a physician, I was impressed with Dr. Spinn and was happy seeing him, however, the patient service in his practice became unpalatable to me so I sought another doc. Their front of the house support is aweful. Call the receptionist and get put on hold for 5-10 minutes. Call his medical assistant and don't get a call back for a month. It was terrible. Would recommend him, but not him in that practice.

Dr. Spinn asks more questions about my symptoms than any other doctor I've had. He is cautious in treatment, follows up with symptoms to get to the bottom of the problem. He's responsive to questions on the portal as well.

Dr. Spinn is an excellent physician. He listens intently, is easy to talk to, and shows genuine concern. He clearly explains everything and goes over a variety of options. He considers the daily life impact of treatment options and symptoms to come up with the best option. I never feel rushed. The office quickly calls to give lab/test results.

I love Dr. Spinn, but am aghast that his next available appointment is in four months! I have some issues that I deem important enough to need to see him much earlier. I give him 5 stars, but the wait time 1.

I found no fault with dr. Spinn he appears to me to be a excellent doctor and I'm happy that he's a part of my care.

Due to the lack of service for the second time after being a patient and had 2 surgery procedures with Dr Spinn I have been neglected due to them being too busy even to schedule a “post surgery ” exam - I have never been treated so poorly

I felt a bit rushed, but I realize I'm not Dr. Spinn's only patient. But, he did listen intently; after 1 visit I have complete confidence in his knowledge and skills.

Dr. Spinn solved my problem on the first visit. He is very nice.

This an excellent physician who genuinely cares about his patients. I have had many doctors and he stands head and shoulders above most. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
