Dr. Matthew Emanuel Stotz, MD

They are trying to wing my son off of amatriptylene. He gave him a high dose and when my son developed what looks like TD we tried to contact him, but he didn’t have time for us. They blew us off in that office three times, and this was critical to us I would not take my dog to him.

He put my son who has autism on amitriptyline for migraines. My son got tardive dyskinesia, and when tried to talk to him, we were blown off three×.1 time we were told to go to the ER. One time we were told if we were concerned to go to the ER and one time we were told he had to see patients over 20 minutes. He did not have time for us, even though this was a critical situation. I would never recommend anyone to take their loved ones to this person. We had to find someone to help us. It’s a very nightmare issue and situation right now for us.

Very intelligent and caring Dr. I would highly recommend this office if you are looking for a neurologist. He patiently answered all of our questions and was very thorough. You won’t be disappointed.

I found Dr. Stotz to be extremely competent --- appears to be well educated in his field. He is calm, mild-mannered, and listens when his patient speaks. I would recommend his services to those having neuro issues.

Found him to be thoughtful, bright, informed fellow - all the traits that count!

I went to him for a second opinion and ended up getting no diagnostic MRI, just a repeat of my first doctor’s test which only rules out types of neuropathy. He never looked me in the eye. He was dismissive and arrogant.
