The provider was exceptionally thorough with explaining my test results, answering all of my questions and detailing a treatment plan going forward. Was very knowledgeable and seemed to really care about my overall treatment. Was patient and listened to all of my concerns. Followed through with his part of the treatment plan, as I already received a call to schedule an appointment with the next specialist.

I rarely feel like a provider goes above and beyond any more, but he did. He wasn't dismissive of any of my concerns, he addressed them fully, answered questions, and made recommendations. I was really impressed.
