Dr Thompson is an excellent surgeon who makes you feel relaxed and assured with the decision you make for your eye care. His confidence and professionalism make him one of the best surgeons I have had experience with.

Professional staff that treats you as a very special individual. Nursing staff explains and makes you comfortable through the whole process. Dr. Thompson has an excellent staff and makes cataract removal painless experience.

Excellent experience yesterday! This complement goes to the ladies that checked me in to the nursing staff and the doctor. Every step in the process was clearly explained. If it was allowed, I would have had my other eye done at the same time. In less than 24 hours, I can clearly read at a distance and everything is so much brighter and sharper. My marketing tag for Tower Clock is, they run their business like "Clockwork".

Excellent doctor. He starts off by asking questions about what is going on with me and then explains the procedure(s) and findings thoroughly. I've been seeing him since 2017 and trust his judgement with regard to my eye health.

Dr. Thompson and his entire staff were tremendous and helpful. I was extremely concerned about doing anything to my eyes as sight is precious to me. They listened, helped me with all my concerns, developed a plan specific to my needs and desires, and the results have been wonderful -- not only better than expected but more than I could have hoped for. Highly recommend him and his staff.

Dr. Thompson and his staff were fantastic. His staff was kind, knowledgeable and very courteous. Dr. Thompson listened to my concerns as my first cataract surgery nine months ago in another state had some complications. Dr. Thompson talked to me about the procedure and how things have improved in the last few months. My surgery went great yesterday and I am simply delighted with the results so far. I highly recommend him and his office.

I was completely pleased with the care given to me by Dr. Matthew Thompson and his staff. Prior to my cataract surgery, everything was explained very clearly to me. The day of the surgery Dr. Thompson stopped by to see how I was doing and to reassure me that everything would go well, which it did. The surgery only took a few minutes. I am glad that I was able to have Dr. Thompson do the surgery and to care for me. And I am very grateful for the nurses who prepared me for the surgery, were present during the surgery, and who cared for me after it.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Dr Thompson is thorough and efficient. He does hundreds of these surgeries each year but made me feel like he understood how important and terrifying the surgery was to me. He took time explaining and making the procedure comfortable. His entire team was fantastic.
