She just about forced drugs on me, wanted me to come and go to her office for more drugs every couple weeks. I'm a recovering addict and do not need this in my life now.

I absolutely love Dr. Norman! She has been my Dr. for over 20 years and has the best bedside manner and is extremely easy to talk to. I have recommend numerous people to her that feel the same way. Simply put...She is the Absolute Best Doctor!!!

This negative rating is solely based on the extremely rude female staff named Lauren. Couple of things, first she had zero knowledge of a basic vaccination, which is fine but she was giving me wrong information. Second, she was lazy, and just in such a rush to hang up. How hard is to tell a patient what kind of vaccine she had gotten? Isn't it documented? Third, she was so rude. When I kept asking her to ask someone what vaccine I had gotten and how much it would cost to get the second dose, I could hear her breathing annoyance and just cut me off mid sentence with the hold.... I didn't know if this was the end of our conversation and I was supposed to hang up. I stayed on hold 15 mins. It was a bad experience ... horrible representative of Dr. Norman. I am taking my business somewhere else and she should try not answering phones if she hates answering questions so much.

She was my Doctor for over 20 years and if I hadn't moved to Florida she would still be my Doctor. She is the best (she would have to be to put up with me). She was a lifesaver to me at a time when I had a serious condition. Thank you to Dr Maureen Norman and her Staff.

I have been going to Dr Norman for 20 years. She is a wonderful and compassionate Dr. She has become so popular it is hard to get an appointment, but worth the wait.

I love Dr. Norman. She has been the most caring, compasionate, and accurate doctor that I have ever had. And I've had many. Her "Family Practice" is truly that. She has been a life saver to both my daughter and myself.
