Dr. Maurice Norman Leibman, MD

I agree about the nurse being a bully. I like Dr. Leibmann just fine, but have honestly shied away from his office because of her. You can't deal with Dr. Leibmann without dealing with her, and I'd just as soon go to a different place.

Dr. Leibman and his staff have been very professional, kind, and responsive to my needs. They have worked tirelessly with me to find a hormone protocol that has helped my “autoimmune “ problems. I even drive from Galveston to see them!

Dr Leibman has been a Godsent to me. I visited a couple of gynecologists before I him and from the first meeting with him I felt like he genuinely cared. He was very professional, explained my procedure thoroughly with details. He was responsive and a great listener. The staff at his office is super friendly and so awesome. His assistant Deena is hands on. She responds to emails and returns phone calls promptly. And she's truly a down to earth person. I have absolutely no regrets trusting Dr Leibman with my surgery. For anyone looking for a gynecologist, I would highly recommend him.

I have had MANY complex female problems. Dr. Leibman has always done a fantastic job. I am so grateful to him. My health is great thanks to him.

I met with him for a consultation and he answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable. His Nurse Deana was very sweet and helpful when I called back because I forgot how I was supposed to take medications. I am glad I made the appointment and proceeded with treatment. It’s made a huge difference in my quality of life.

Red flags. 1. intake requires you to not record your visit. 2. Nurse needs to learn how to take bp (Very rude). 3. Doctor makes diagnosis prior to blood results and biopsies. WRONG on all levels. 4. Doctor does not listen to your symptoms... he thinks he knows all... "NOT".

I've been going to Dr. Leibman for a little over two years now and highly recommend him as a gyno and surgeon. I recently had surgery and was well taken care of through the surgery process and recovery. In addition, the staff is unbelievable and very personable which makes me feel so comfortable each time I come into their office. I'm a young patient who knows that my time with him is short lived as I will eventually decide to have children and he no longer delivers. It's a bummer because I'm comfortable with his practice. For those looking for a doctor and staff that takes care of you and is personable, I highly recommend Dr. Leibman and his practice. I've read some of the negative reviews regarding something not being covered or "money hungry" and there's a simple solution for that which is our own responsibility, review your insurance and review with the staff prior to scheduling an appointment. That way it's understood pre visit versus post visit.

I have been going to Dr. Leibman since he was at SW Memorial. I am a patient (not the staff) and I'm VERY happy with Dr. Leibman. He is very thorough and up to date on all the latest advances in medicine. He has never steered me wrong with any decision. As far as Deana, she has been nothing but pleasant and helpful. She is one of the reasons I keep coming back. She makes me feel comfortable and welcome. For those who seem to be let say "not happy", treat others as you wish to be treated, you would be amazed at the results.
