First let me say.. I should have wrote this immediately . Unfortunately, I was in too much pain to worry about doing a review. I was in a bad auto accident . 2 vehicles totaled and one damaged . I was in the totaled vehicle. Understand at a dead stop when the accident happened. I couldn’t wait to see Dr Campos . He helped my Aunt and a friend with her back. He came highly recommended for neuro. First, a female PA came into the room to take information from me . She was extremely rude . She told me you don’t have much time with the doctor because you are late... getting in here. I was at the office on time! There was a line at check in and it wasn’t moving. Not my fault. She should have asked, were you late getting to this appt. ? Instead she used a Nasty tone to me. Maybe because she was pregnant, she had no patience. Still no excuse . Then she said things to me about what I was at the appt for . Finally.. I said to her. If this is the wrong doc for my injuries .. let me know . I… will leave! I had neck, back, shoulder and head injuries ( bad concussion) . I’m finding out most surgeons deal with one injury only. You need one for each injured body part. Well, I was knew to this. Now the doc comes in. Doc told me to keep doing the physical therapy and injections and come back in 6 months if no better. After the treatment I received.. would you come back? I realize he is a surgeon and very very busy .. I get it. Not enough of them to go around. But what excuse is there for his heartless , rude PA ? And imagine how I felt.. when I paid the bill! I was in pain and my head was messed up from the accident . I was sad she treated me this way . Especially when I was there seeking help . I can only hope the CEO of Geisinger reads this and makes some changes. It would be in his companies favor ..to weed out anyone who practices this kind of behavior. I’m sure he can find out who she is. Not a lot of pregnant PA’s working for Dr Campos in the last year. The appt was at the Scranton hospital location . I want to end this by saying, Dr Campos did extremely well for the people I know. Unfortunately the results at his office were not the same for me.

This was my first time seeing Dr. Campos I've had 2 other surgeries done by Dr. Brett Schlifka who moved to Florida. Then I saw Dr. Jacobs who was also very nice. Now Dr. Campos will be doing my other si fusion and I have great faith in him and the whole staff including all the PA:S are wonderful. Keep you posted how surgery went and follow up appt

Hello,I am Timothy,I had a Fusion in Lehigh Valley in 2011,by another Capable Surgeon,It helped,But a cage,formed posterior,touching my thecal sack,I also had a Osteophyte bone nubb at same level.The Cage,had to be Grinded,in a odd fashion,pulling back my thecal sack.Dr Campos,is a marvel of expertise.I am 24 hours,post op,Already feel human again.Great staff,great care,when I needed it most.I couldnt think properly,from the Illness it caused me,I left it all in his hand's,and the man is the best around..
