My husband had teeth pulled and had a denture made for top and snap on denture for bottom. Staff and Dr. were helpful, friendly and very caring. Everything went well until time to replace temporary denture on bottom with snap on denture. From day one it did not feel right, and was heavy and he was not happy with it. He had headaches everyday and had so much pressure everyday. He couldn't wait to get home from work to remove them. All neighbors only saw him with no teeth. Dr.Malo kept having him come in for adjustments which never worked. He has complained from day one and nothing was ever done to help him or try to make him happy. Dr. Malo kept telling him he is the one who picked the teeth out. My husband did not make the mold and the mold was made wrong. This went on for almost 2 years going back and forth and arguing about it. The final response was for us 2 pay half for a new denture or pay $11,000 for some kind of plate to put in. We are very disappointed in the work he did and… having him not admit to doing it wrong is not acceptable. I would not recommend going to him. He comes so caring at first until something goes wrong and he will not take the responsibility for the mistake that was made, or not to take care of the problem it has caused. We did nothing wrong and was hoping he would do something for us since it was his mistake. We were recommended to a fantastic specialist that made him a new snap on denture. What a difference it is smaller, lighter and such a relief. Very very disappointed on the way my husband was treated during the process.
