Dr. Mauro Provencio, MD

I usually see Merzieh and I am very happy with her. She listens, gives me enough time to discuss whatever issues I have. Her suggestions have been right on point. I have recommended her to friends, and they are as happy as I am with her.

I actually get to see one of the PA's (her name is Marzi - not sure of the spelling), but she is great! she pays attention to what I have to say, she spends time with me (more than 5 min) and presents options to me.

Horrible service , first time going and would never return again or refer anybody to go. Wait time took about 2 hours, staff and doctor just laughing outside the room . Room was so hot had to walk out, come to find out they had already closed locked the doors and Doctor asked who I was . ( He didnt know I was there at all) Come to find out they still billed the office visit when all that was done was partial vitals. The billing procedure code they used was as if I had been seen by the doctor .

Dr Provencio is very fast and efficient. I like that Im in and out pretty quickly and his staff is very warm and friendly. I enjoy my visits to his office.

Excellent doctor and staff. I thoroughly enjoy my visits here. And I’m in and out quickly. I love the efficiency.

What I liked the most is that he took time to ask questions, and made sure I understood everything he explained. I would recommend Dr. Provencio to anybody.

Horrible service by this Dr!! Don’t waste your time. He is very unprofessional rude and has no ethic!! He was literally screaming at my mother and grandmother after they were waiting to be seen from his after 4 months and still they had their appointment at 3:20 and it took him and hour in half to see them just so he could scream at them without even looking at my grandmothers chart!!

Just had my first visit with Dr Provencio, and am very pleased. His office staff was very professional and kind. Kept waiting to see/experience the rudeness that I saw on other reviews, that never happened. Contrary to what some people have written he was not arrogant, he did not yell, but he did listen to all of my concerns explained everything to me, never rushed me. He took his time. I left his office feeling that I was and will be well taken care of.

This man has the worst bedside manners I have ever experienced. I have many health issues and rather than attempting to help me, Dr Provencio was very judgemental and cynical. He is very unprofessional. My visit started off pleasant as the staff members running the front desk were very kind and helpful, but the back of his office is a different story. The employees in the back are very unorganized and rude, running around like they don't know what their doing as the doctor sits lazily at his computer. I will not be returning to this office and I will be calling BCBS.

Insensible, uncaring, unethical, and egotistic.
