Dr. Max Pierre Francois, MD

Dr Francois has been my primary dr for about 2years or more.....I have no complaints. He's thorough and professional. Although it's difficult to make an appointment with him or the wait is long (and I hate waiting 2 long) I don't mind cuz I'm treated as priority which is truly reassuring

The receptionist would not give me an appointment as a new patient because the dr's name is not on my insurance card. I was assigned this doctor by my insurance I didn't pick him. I only call the doctor when I am sick, like most people, so it is an outrage that a sick person can't get a dr's appointment with their assigned doctor until they get a new insurance card!! she asked if it's an emergency, and my response is "no otherwise I would be at the emergency room, however I think I need medicine." Do not give this doctor business!
