Dr. Maximo Raul Aguirre, MD

On May 29 I posted a review rating my office visit as very poor. I must also share with those who read reviews (as my self), that on May 30th I got a call from Dr. Aguirre. He apologized for how my son and I were treated the day before and did expressed his concern. To me that call from the Dr changed everything. In the first place it showed me that he cares. It also tells me that his staff or Office Manager did not sweep my complaint under the rug. 99% of the time the Dr is not aware of issues or even why patients don’t return - they should, if their office staff does not take care of the patients (clients) we seek other providers that will make us feel welcomed, appreciated and cared for, at the end we pay directly or indirectly for the services. Regardless of my experience, receiving the Dr’s call made a difference. Kudu’s Dr Aguirre

We arrived 20 min early for our 2:30pm appointment. My son and I where passed in at 3:05 (55 min after our arrival). They took my sons EKG, vitals, weight etc (15 to 20 min max) and then the PA Nurse left the room 3:25. PA Nurse showed up at 4:10. We where passed to the UltraSound room at 4:25pm. The office manager and the PA Nurse did share why we had not been taken care off but it had been 2 hours after our arrival. We came to this Dr at the recommendation of our Pediatrician. The Dr who we had made the appointment with is not here (at other location) something we were not told when making the appointment or upon arrival. Unsure when the available Dr will see us.

great doctor love the office everyone is caring and always checking on the patients well being from hospitalizations to how they are doing at home its a family atmosphere always feel welcome

Dr. Aguirre is an amazing doctor. We can not thank him enough for all his support and positive attitude.

He takes time with his patients and get to know them closely.He is very involved in their care, making sure that they are receiving the proper course of treatment. He was very accurate making the diagnostic of our son, and he played a major role that made possible to our son to be alive today. I highly recommend him. Sometimes, not always, you will have to wait and be patient, but is worth.
