Dr. May Jing Hui Chow, MD

My appointments were rescheduled twice by staff prior to accommodate Dr. Chow for one reason or another. Third appointment scheduled, September 06, 2023, only to received call appointment rescheduled for December 2023. Are you fricking kidding me? NO THANK YOU!

My overall experience was a good one. Staff was very friendly. Dr. Chow took the time to address all my concerns and made sure I understood the treatment plan. I would highly recommend Dr. chow.

This doctor did not even examine my scalp to actually diagnose me with dandruff...she just wrote a prescription for a really expensive shampoo...this was years ago and I don't believe in giving doctors second chances.

Took several months before I could get an appointment. I got to the office early and waited over an hour to see the doctor. Receptionists were lazy but nurse was very friendly. Dr seemed unfriendly, rude even, visit felt rushed and ended abruptly, I had to ask questions repeatedly because she was not paying attention to me as she was typing into her computer. She almost seemed to dismiss my concerns, some of which I had been worried about for several months while I waited to see her. She did explain things very well when she finally answered my questions. Honestly felt exhausted after my appointment.

My 12 year old daughter has what we think is a mole on her lip that began bleeding uncontrollably Sunday evening. After a trip to urgent aid the doctor on duty told us to follow up with a dermatologist the following day for a biopsy and removal as this problem will continue to happen until then. Called Dr. Chow's office and receptionist was rude and told us they could not get my daughter in for 6 weeks. When we said that this would not work for us she did not even try and help.
