Dr. Patel was very informative and easy to understand. Wasn’t sure at the time of my visit if I was in the place , but was assured by DR Patel I was . Office staff were very helpful and friendly.

Dr. Patel is kind and compassionate. Very professional…. Explained everything he was doing, why he was doing it, what he was looking for, and what he found. I was quite nervous but Dr Patel put my mind at ease throughout the procedure.I would definitely recommend him to anyone who had any kind of major or minor urological problem. I was recommended to him as one of the best in his field. Now I can recommend him from my own experience. His office staff are knowledgeable as well and run the office in an efficient way. They and Dr Patel take the time to listen to what you want to say. They never rush you. Waiting time is minimal. I honestly cannot find anything negative about Dr. Patel or his staff and how the office is run. They are all attentive, knowledgeable, professional, and compassionate.

I had my first appointment yesterday at the Tarzana office and consulted with Heather Smart NP. She was very thorough and took a lot of time with me and listened to my concerns. I would highly recommend this office based on my experience.

My visit was really good. When i got there i was anxious and nervous because I have a situation but as soon as I got there the ultrasound technician took me for an ultrasound and that was amazing before my visit with the Doctor. The doctor calmed me down with the results of the ultrasound. Very nice experience.
