Best surgeon around.. many of our friends that needed surgery has had Dr. Noerdlinger do theirs. FANTASTIC Dr. Highly recommend..

I love this man, he has a fantastic practice all around. My surgery was heaven sent, excellent results, follow up was everything I expected. The staff were wonderful. I traveled 5 hours one way just to have Dr Noerdlinger do my surgery and would do it all over again. I'd recommend him to anyone needing his help.

Dr. Noerdlinger is a great listener and very knowledgeable about what your problems could be. His course of treatment has been a great help so far. Very grateful for him.

Dr. Noerdlinger is an excellent surgeon. He repaired my rotator cuff that had 2 of the 4 tendons severed, with holes that he stitched together, and anchors put in to reattach tendon to bone. Less than a year later, my shoulder is perfect, I can swim, kayak, hike with poles etc. Total range of motion is better than before my accident. I'm 69 yrs old, female.

He saw me in a timely fashion. The surgery at York Hospital went well, as did my post-op visit. I feel as if I am well on the road to recovery!

Dr. Noerdlinger was really great. He explained what was wrong with my shoulder, the options I had, the procedure and the recovery process. Post surgery he explained what was done and what I could expect moving forward. Very satisfied with the whole process due to his explanation. I would rate the doctor a 10.

Very professional and to the point. Explained everything real well. He prepared me for the surgery what to expect during and recovery what to do and not to do. I feel very confident having him do the up coming surgery.
