She completed her combined Internal Medicine & Pediatrics residency at Yale University, followed by fellowship training in Primary Care Sports Medicine at Hospital for Special Surgery. As a fellow, she served as a team physician for the New York Giants, New York Mets, Westchester Knicks, St. John's University, and the NYC Public Schools Athletic League. Dr. Campbell-Potter's clinical and research interests focus on running medicine, bone health, and the female athlete. She received the Charles L. Christian Award for Excellence in Musculoskeletal Research for her study on injury patterns in distance runners training with carbon-plated shoes, and she continues active research in this area. Outside of medicine, Dr. Campbell-Potter enjoys running in Central Park, experimenting with new recipes, and attending dance performances across New York City.
