McKenna Neville is a board-certified nurse practitioner who believes in the importance of honesty between a provider and patient.

“I believe in being upfront about what is known and not known, as well as the various choices going forward,” she said.

Neville loves the diversity of patients in a primary care practice and enjoys working with children and families.

Having grown up in a medical family, Neville relished the interesting health-related conversations that came up at the dinner table. These family interactions inspired her to pursue a career in medicine.

Originally from Farmington, Utah, Neville earned her bachelor’s and doctorate degrees from the University of Utah. Previously, she worked as a registered nurse in a pediatric intensive care unit and as a nurse practitioner in public health at the Utah Department of Health.

In January 2021, Neville was deployed with her Disaster Medical Assistance Team to Tucson to help set up a unit for monoclonal antibodies at Tucson Medical …Center. She loved the area and has family here, so she made the move to Tucson.
