Dr. Meenakshi Parmar, MD

A client of mine had an appointment to see Dr. Parmar after waiting weeks to be scheduled. It was a truly urgent appointment. When my client inquired if the appointment could be rescheduled by 30 minutes, without hesitation or any logical explanation, Dr. Parmar canceled the appointment. This appointment was of critical need and Dr. Parmar, who is supposed to be an "expert" in the area of mental health has no wherewithal or common sense to realize she should not unjustifiably cancel an appointment for an incoming patient with mental health struggles. Any adult with half a brain would think to tell the incoming patient that the are unable to accommodate the time change and instead confirm if the patient can still make the scheduled time or if rescheduling necessary. To add insult to injury, my client immediately (within 5 mins) responded to Dr. Parmar requesting that she keep the original appointment but Dr. Parmar had already canceled the appointment and NEVER responded back.
