Wait time is long, even after calling you to the exam room. Disrespectful young people, the doctor does not listen to what your concerns are and would like you to come in even if you are just reporting the side effects of medication. Does not return calls to the phone number left for contact and twice I have had to contact the billing location on Camp Bowie to inform them that the bill is paid. Slow communication or no communication through their payment system. Even if you paid in the office. I am 60 and have had years of experience with doctors. I was hoping this one would have worked for me, I would like to say that the Nurse Practioner is awesome.

Over two hour wait time in the reception room another forty- five minutes in the exam room. Ridiculous

Her office is very bad returning phone calls. Called 3 times and had to wait a week. Then was told to make an appointment.

Definitely not a compassionate person. Very greedy! She milks the patient for everything they have

Very frustrating to deal with her and her staff. She orders expensive tests, full blood panels and X-rays before prescribing an antibiotic. I had to go down to the hospital lab to have a full panel blood workup, then to radiology for X-rays and then finally got my antibiotic for sinusitis. Seriously all I wanted to do was get home and lay my head down instead I ran all over the hospital.

The three awards listed in this web site must be participating awards. There is no way she earned a compassionate award, or a one time award. What a joke

Run Run Run unless you have insurance that pays 100 percent. She requires test after test after test and then blood work ....more blood work! By the time you finish paying co-pays you can't afford to eat. Wait time in the office is usually a couple of hours.
