Dr. Megan Jane Conoley, MD

Dr. Conoley and Ellie are very caring and never rush you through your appointment. Staff issues need to be addressed. When I checked out today, the girl was just plain rude. Staff issues have been bringing down these doctors reviews for years,

Dr. Conoley is a good doctor, if you could get in to see her. I moved here from Houston in 2012 and switched to her because of my move. I think my daughter may have seen her twice from 2012 until now. I am going to switch to a pediatrician whose schedule is a little bit more open and consistent when i need to bring my daughter in to be seen. Every time I bring her to the doctors office it is always someone new, we have never seen the same person twice.

Good doctor but wrong staff. One day, since a nurse had told me that I had to wait for a while before my kids could be seen, I asked the nurse if I had the time to quickly go home to pick up something. The nurse said yes. I live about 10 minutes away from the office. I came back right away. When I came back, the front desk supervisor said to me that my kids could not be seen anymore because I was 5 minutes over my time. She seemed to be personal I did not know why. I wish this issue was the only one, but others came even before this one and more after. Another time I came with my son for an appointment that they had canceled without telling me. My son and I came that day for nothing. The worse thing is that they make you feel that it is your fault. Once, my baby had a high fever. I came to the office and asked the staff If he could be seen. They said no, because I did not have an appointment. They told me to go to the emergency. I went to the emergency and the… doctor there, that day, was not happy to learn that my son's pediatrician, Dr Conoley (the staff) refused to see one of her patient with high fever.

I've seen Dr Conoley for 6 years and have always enjoyed my visits with her. She is not rushed and is very friendly. Unfortunately, she is now only working a few days a week so getting a routine appt is impossible. I will have to switch to a new doctor with a broader schedule - sad to leave her care. Regarding the office staff and appointments, I have never had any issues - including lab testing, messages, etc.

Staff is incompetent. Lost my medical records several times, doctors took days to get back - regarding next steps to diagnosis. Would not recommend or any other doctors in this office. If you want to be a # and not a person - this is the place for you!

Dr. Conoley is a great doctor, if you can get in to see her. Her staff seems to get things mixed up from the web online appointment system versus things told to them in person. Even if you confirm an appointment online, AND CALL to confirm the appointment again, don't think the staff will forget to book your time. I waited for 30 minutes only to be told that they were basing things off my initial emails as opposed to my later conversations where I clarified my needs. They acted like it was my fault that my appointment was not made in their systems, when they have control over bookings. Honestly, I've had better luck with the staff at CareNow. What's the point of having a doctor that you see routinely only to be thoroughly inconvenienced by the staff? The jarring thing is that I had a great conversation on the phone with the person "making" my appointment and adjusted my original needs after speaking to her. Then, I go into the office, and it's as if that phone call never took… place. The receptionist wasted my time by repeating information I already heard on the phone and then made me wait past my appointment time while they scrambled to see if someone else could see me. I do not recommend this type of treatment to anyone.
