Dr. Jhaver is truly a gifted diagnostician and an exceptional physician. She genuinely cares about her patients and takes their health very seriously—she is relentless in finding the right solutions to help others. When you’re with her, you feel heard, cared for, and confident that you are in the best possible hands. Some people have mentioned being “fired” from her care, but in my experience, this only happens with patients who regularly miss appointments or are habitually late. That should not be seen as a reflection of her talent or dedication to medicine—if anything, I appreciate that she values the time of her patients who do arrive on schedule. It keeps appointments running smoothly and ensures that those of us who show up on time aren’t left waiting unnecessarily. Dr. Jhaver not only loves being a doctor, she truly lives it every day. Her passion, professionalism, and compassion are evident in every interaction. I feel fortunate to have her as my physician.

I called today to make an appointment. I was told they will not accept me because I cancelled my appointment in 2014. I was told I moved the appointment a couple times but then cancelled. In early 2014 I lost my mother suddenly and on top of severe grief I was helping my father daily with everything my mother did. This feels insensitive but I'm glad this happened. It tells a lot about how they feel about people. I should have known when one of the screening questions is, "are you a snowbird". I absolutely love my current PCP but it is too far from home. My PCP would never run the office like this. There are plenty other great providers out there.

Doctor Magan Jhaver has been my Primary Care Doctor for over 15 years and I would have no other. She is absolutely the most competent and caring physician I have ever known. I have always been able to bring her my medical problems and have them resolved. And coming to her office is like visiting with family. Her staff has always been friendly, ready to help and professional. She has never failed me or my wife. And I am not alone in recognizing her unique attributes as she has been awarded Phoenix Magazine’s Top Doc of the Year for the past 5 years. She truly deserves it and I highly recommend her to others. If you are looking for the best Primary Care Physician you can find, she is the one in my experience.

Dr. Megan Jhaver has been my internist since 2010 and I am extremely pleased with her care. I have always found her to be competent, personable, and completely involved in all aspects of my health and well being. Not only is she the best doctor I have had in my 65+ years, but I enjoy interacting with her friendly staff, too. Her practice is well set up - it offers the convenience of on-site bone density screening and blood draw services. I feel secure that Dr. Jhaver always has my best interests at heart!

Has gone down the tubes. Ridiculous these days!! Fired my wife as a patient because we spend the summer in CO - and she does not want "snow birds" as patients. Even though we're AZ residents, and. after being her patient for 10 yrs.

Dr. Jhaver was able to schedule a telemedicine video call, so I didn't have to leave my house being sick. I felt she was extremely thorough and it felt like I was right there with her in one of her exam rooms. She was extremely compassionate, thorough, and so reassuring. I love her as our doctor! This is such a great service for people who need it especially during this time. Thank you Dr. Jhaver!

Absolutely the worst medical experience of a lifetime! Amazed she can maintain her medical credentials! Fired her today and would encourage others to stay away!!!

I have never met such incompetent staff in a doctor's office. The doctor herself is kind, but I'm pretty sure as a doctor you need to tell people what you're going to do and test them on vs what I asked and was assured would be tested. Not extras. I didn't ask for extra testing and to be charged for it. Now instead of fixing my problem, the extremely rude staff told me being frustrated about a charge they did without my knowledge is my problem and that I'm yelling lol. I don't think she understands what being annoyed and someone actually yelling at you is. So if the staff can't even Differentiate that, they may need more schooling to be working in this industry. It probably doesn't also help to lie to who you're talking to and say I have to call one way, but say another and then that it's not the doctors office problem. Glad I recorded this type of abuse from staff who wouldn't even acknowledged they were cutting me off and being beyond rude. Don't waste your time here if you want to… keep your money and not deal with a horrible staff

I reported this office for patient abuse! You rarely see doctor, instead sent to their rude and incompetent nurse practitioner, Keri. I was denied my own patient records which is illegal, then charged $35 to receive the few new patient test results they had of mine. Staff is is mean.

Dr. Megan R. Jhaver is the BEST Dr. I have ever been to! I have experienced life changing medical issues and most doctors just want to pump you full of pharmacueticals. Not Dr. Megan, she truly listened to me and is helping feel better than ever without Big Pharma. She gets to the root of the issue. !! I highly recommend her to everyone!!
