Dr is a great doctor she has taken care of me from day one I would highly recommend her thank you Dr Merrill she you on my next visit also thank you to the excellent nurses on her staff who also do a wonderful job of looking after me thanks

This is a follow up review to the one I wrote in May. Much better. They seem to have hired competent staff and all is good.

I really like Dr.Merrill, but the office is horrible about returning my calls. I have called 4 or 5 times in the last month and not one single phone call was returned. I even explained that I had a hernia underneath my ostomy that was getting painful, but apparently my health isn't their concern. I'm going to the administrator with this. Who knows if anything will be done about it but as least I can say I tried. Once at the appointment though, she is wonderful! She is very smart and dedicated and willing to do anything to help. I had an issue that was not related to urology and she insisted I let her refer me to someone who could help.

Ever since Dr. Merrill transferred from the Olentangy River Road office to the Ohio State location, it's been a difficult... In my last two visits, I waited 1 1/2 hours and an hour and 10 minutes. There is no communication from the office staff, which seems to have been transplanted from some Soviet-style bureaucracy of the 1970's. The office environment would be fodder for a great sit-com. I keep waiting for Les Nessman or The Reverend Jim to wander in... Dr Merrill was effusive in her apologies, but I could tell she was a bit miffed at having to apologize at something that's beyond her control. I'm giving them one more chance. If my next visit is like my last two, I'm changing doctors.

As far as I'm concerned she went above and beyond and I will continue to go back to her. The only drawback is that her office is horrible at returning my calls and I have to keep calling them. My last phone call was a week ago and I still have not heard from them.
